Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


Return Request Timeframe

  • You must submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted


Proof of Issue

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined.


Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank)

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • Full refund

    • Partial refund

    • Replacement item (no return required in some cases)


Return Shipping

  • In some cases, you may be required to return the item to a designated address

  • Return shipping costs:

    • Covered by us if the item is defective or incorrect

    • Covered by the customer for other approved returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with the required proof.

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded
